Yellowstone Employee Heath Project & Survey
Yellowstone is collaborating with Montana-based Mazi Health Consultants to assess the overall health and well-being of the Yellowstone community. This is the first effort of its kind, involving all stakeholders (NPS, Xanterra, Medcor, Delaware North, Yellowstone Forever, YCERP, and YPSS). The program’s first step is to measure employee health (physical and mental) in the park through an anonymous survey, focus group sessions, and one-on-one interviews (all voluntary).
