Mental Health Workshop – Building Resilience

We are pleased to welcome Lynette Rodi of Journeys Consulting in Bozeman.  Lynette will be presenting her Building Resilience Workshop to employees of the park.  This workshop is designed to give you tools to help manage stress in a productive way.  Lynette is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and Certified Resilience Coach who has been in the behavioral health field for over twenty years.  Although these workshops will be virtual via Zoom, we will have viewing sessions in the Mammoth Recreation Center.

Monday, January 11                     6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday, February 20                  6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

As of now we can only allow 40 people to physically attend the viewing sessions in the Mammoth Recreation Center.

Building Resilience Workshop Description:

Resilience allows us to relate to stress and The Overwhelm as manageable phenomena in which to thrive, not just survive. With resilience skills, we live with intention and we connect to ourselves and with each other.

The Resilience Workshop is experiential, empowering you to identify barriers, re-claim your purpose and power, learn and apply life-enhancing skills, and develop an action plan for sustainable change.

You will:

Identify micro-tasks for building resilience.
